There are some things that, modesty allowing, one can be exceptionally proud of.For us, its our certifications. Rudolph Care is the first brand on the market to be certified by both the Nordic Ecolabel and ECOCERT certification. These labels are your guarantee of sustainable, exclusive beauty products that pamper and protect without any damage to you, or the environment. Going beyond the certification requirements, Rudolph Care is also 100% free from the list of 26 allergenic perfumes that should be avoided according to the Danish Environment Ministry and the EU.
The Nordic Ecolabel is an environmental certification which reflects a product's effect on the environment - from its 'birth' as a raw material through its entire lifecycle until it becomes waste and beyond. The Nordic Ecolabel has demands in terms of resource use in the production process, packaging, disposal and the presence of environmentally damaging and harmful substances in the product. Buying a Nordic Ecolabelled product guarantees that both health and quality issues have been taken into account and that the product is among the least environmentally damaging in terms of chemicals and other harmful substances within its category. From 1st May 2007, it was agreed that Nordic Ecolabelled cosmetics must not contain parabens.
"At a time when many cosmetic products are marketed with environmental claims of various kinds, the Nordic Ecolabel is the most visible and dependable proof that Rudolph Care is committed to undergoing continuous independent verification. Amongst other things, the Nordic Ecolabel ensures that the consumer will not be exposed to parabens or other suspected endocrine disrupters.
With Rudolph Care, you can pamper yourself and know that you've made a good choice for both yourself and the environment. "

ECOCERT is a French certification body for organic cosmetics and one that is used in more than 80 countries. Products labelled with ECOCERT must declare the percentage of ingredients that are organic. In order to achieve the organic certification, 10% of the ingredients must be organic and 95% should be natural origin substances. ECOCERT is your guarantee that there has been no animal testing and that the product does not contain pollutants, irradiated ingredients and synthetic colours, fragrances, antioxidants, emollients, oils, grease or silicone. At the same time, the certification has strict requirements for product packaging and marketing. Recycled materials are encouraged and PVC, polystyrene foam or spray in gas form are not permitted. Product marketing must be pre-approved.
"An ECOCERT certification means that Rudolph Care products are environmentally friendly from A to Z. We ensure this by consistent testing; from the raw material to the final product, including production and wastewater. We trace the product back to its natural origins; ECOCERT is the customer's guarantee that the product has been created with respect to the environment. This is transparent for each and every Rudolph Care product ."
