Are you Rudolph Care’s new Area Sales Executive (Maternity Cover)?

Rudolph Care develops and sells responsible and certified organic beauty products. Our products are based on effective, natural ingredients with care for the well-being of both people and the planet. All products are locally produced in Denmark.

We are looking for a welcoming, proactive, experienced, and independent salesperson in the Copenhagen area who is eager and qualified to join the Rudolph Care sales team full-time.

We are looking for someone who loves to sell, educate, and share the story of our responsible beauty products — bringing the Rudolph Care universe to life for our B2B partners and customers.

You will be responsible for sales to existing retailers in Zealand. Previous sales experience in the lifestyle or beauty industry is a plus.

This is a full-time maternity cover position, starting in mid-May 2025.

You and the Job

• You will have your own sales territory in Zealand, primarily in the Copenhagen area and South Zealand, where you will be in daily contact with partners, stores, and customers — both through physical visits and via phone and email in Danish and English.

• You work independently and are good at structuring and planning your day. You thrive on being on the move; a driver’s license is required.

• You will be responsible for training our retailers in stores and at the House of Rudolph Care in Valby. You must be genuinely interested in our products and explore our carefully selected, effective ingredients.

• You naturally understand budgets and are passionate about sales and inspiring your customers, both retailers and end consumers.

• You are flexible and meticulous in your approach to work, always putting effort into every task, whether big or small.
