Then there’s a strong indication that you should apply for the position as PR Assistant at Rudolph Care.

The PR Assistant’s role and responsibilities:

  • Elevate daily press work, such as sharing stories about products, the company, and sustainability across channels, media, and markets.
  • Send out press materials, product samples, and gifts – as well as plan and ship packages for launches, special holidays, or seasons.
  • Maintain close communication with Rudolph Care’s international PR agencies – equipping them with relevant materials to share Rudolph Care’s stories with the world.
  • Be responsible for keeping internal press lists updated and have an overview of all PR send-outs.
  • Ensure Rudolph Care’s image bank is always updated and easy to navigate.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the brand team and sales department, especially SoMe, E-commerce, and communications.
  • Assist with creating PowerPoints for various briefs and PR presentations.
  • Analyze and evaluate targeted PR collaborations, send-outs, and other press work, using supporting data to further strengthen Rudolph Care’s PR efforts.
  • Be flexible with your working hours for events or pop-ups – perhaps even abroad.

Your qualifications:

  • Have a good understanding of relations – and enjoy nurturing existing close connections as much as creating new ones.
  • Approach your tasks with care – and strive for excellence, whether you’re supporting ambassadors, updating the image bank, packing press gifts, or preparing events.
  • You are eager to learn more about PR and come from a relevant background in branding, marketing, or communication. Perhaps you’re working towards or have already obtained a bachelor’s degree in one of these (broad) fields.
  • You are ready to execute various PR strategies, approach tasks with structure, and enjoy seeing how targeted stories unfold.
  • You are skilled in following up with data afterward to optimize Rudolph Care’s PR even further.
  • Stay updated on PR trends and can use them as inspiration to implement and ensure Rudolph Care’s messages reach the right places.
  • You are independent, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and dedicated.
  • Understand and can see yourself fitting into Rudolph Care’s aesthetic universe.
  • You are fluent in professional English and Danish, both spoken and written. Perhaps you also speak French or Swedish – or another language?
