Social Media Manager - Maternity Cover

The role and responsibilities of the Social Media Manager

You should be excited to:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for Rudolph Care's social media platforms
  • Create and curate content for Rudolph Care's channels, primarily Instagram and Facebook
  • Plan which content suits each channel and publish accordingly
  • Engage with our followers and further expand our reach and our community. Answer questions from our followers and customers who reach out to us on our social media platforms
  • Analyze data and set a course for how we use that knowledge moving forward
  • Have experience in using diverse SoMe programs and apps for purposes including photo editing, graphic implementation and video editing
  • Collaborate with the rest of the brand department and sales. This includes marketing, PR, e-commerce, and communication
  • Participate in photoshoots for campaign productions
  • Be flexible with evening and weekend check-ins. You know it, we know it: social media never sleeps

Your qualifications

We would love for you to:

  • Have experience in creating, organizing, and planning content – preferably within retail
  • Be able to take photos, record and edit videos, and capture Rudolph Care's tone of voice in captions
  • Create engagement with our followers – and reach out to more who don't yet follow or know Rudolph Care
  • Create a strategy for Rudolph Care's social media in line with the brand's DNA
  • Love analyzing data and using it to optimize social media channels
  • Dive deep into social media trends, drawing inspiration from them and seamlessly incorporating them into our channels
  • Be independent, structured, responsible, detail-oriented, and dedicated
  • Have an understanding of skincare, wellness and beauty and can see yourself in Rudolph Care's aesthetic universe
