These terms and conditions apply for your purchase of products from Rudolph Care through rudolphcare.com.

Placement of orders
When placing an order through rudolphcare.com, such order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will, prior to confirming your order, have the opportunity to correct or delete the products you have placed in your shopping cart, and you may change the information provided in connection with your purchase. Your order will not be shipped and is thus not binding until you have pressed “Confirm order”.
When placing an order on rudolphcare.com we give you 3 free samples. The products you've purchased have a minimum shelf life of 6 months from the date of receipt
Prices and payment
The price of a product is the price quoted at rudolphcare.com at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products. The shipping price, if any, is also stated on your order as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the order confirmation.
All prices for products at rudolphcare.com are applicable until changed.
You can pay via online banking or with Dankort® payment card, VISA-Dankort® payment card, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, JCB cards. Transaction fees equal to the rates set by NETS Denmark are added to the payment total.
Rudolph Care will draw the amount from your account, but not until the product is ready for shipment. Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear from your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to Rudolph Care’s payment provider. Rudolph Care has no access to your payment details.
Order confirmation
Rudolph Care sends you an electronic order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.
The order confirmation is expedient to keep, should you have second thoughts or have complaints about the purchase. Final agreement is entered into when the order confirmation is sent to you from Rudolph Care. The agreement comprises the products listed in the order confirmation. Once you receive the order confirmation, you should go over it and immediately contact Rudolph Care, if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies. What is stated in the order confirmation is applicable unless you make objections immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, since Rudolph Care will in most cases ship the products immediately after sending the order confirmation.
Shipping
Shipping cost within Denmark
We always offer free shipping to parcel shops within Denmark, as parcel shop delivery is the most responsible option. Home delivery within Denmark costs 39 DKK. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weekdays.
Shipping cost within the EU
Shipping cost within the EU is 10 EUR for purchases totaling less than 85 EUR. For purchases of 85 EUR or more, delivery is free of charge.
Shipping cost outside the EU
Shipping cost outside the EU is 25 EUR.
We only ship to the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Hong Kong SAR.
Shipping cost within Norway
The shipping cost for Norway is 95 NOK for purchases totaling less than 995 EUR. For purchases of 995 NOK or more, delivery to a parcel shop is free of charge. The cost of home delivery within Norway is 115 NOK.
Your shipping cost appears on your order confirmation and will be charged together with the payment for your order.
You will be notified via the email provided at checkout about when and where to pick up your parcel. Rudolph Care is responsible for the goods until you have received them.
You can cancel the purchase of a product by:
- Notifying Rudolph Care and returning the product.
- Refusing to accept the product while clearly informing us of this.
- Refusing to pick up the product while clearly informing us of this.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via an unambiguous statement. This notification should be sent to kontakt@rudolphcare.com.
You cannot cancel a purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without also clearly informing us of this.
It is recommended that you keep the receipt or documentation for both the notification and the returned product.
Return
If you wish to return your product(s), you must have your order number ready and fill out the form via the link below. It will generate a return label and send it to your email address.
Get a return label here. (NOTE: Returns from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong SAR, Malta, Norway, Rumania, and Switzerland must go through our customer service. Write us at; contact@rudolphcare.com.)
When shopping at rudolphcare.com, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days. The product(s) you return must be in unused condition and original packaging.
Returning a purchase with a free gift
If the value of your returned product(s) brings the order value below the minimum purchase that qualifies for a free gift, you must return the free gift too. If the free gift isn’t returned, the original value of the gift will be subtracted from the refund.
Products excluded the cancellation right
Some products are excluded from the cancellation right including:
- Delivery of products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.
Since our products are skin care products, you will lose your cancellation right if you break the packaging or use the product as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.
Refund of the purchase amount
You will receive your money back, including any shipping costs charged by Rudolph Care in relation to the purchase, as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of cancellation. If you need to return a product, you will not receive your money back until Rudolph Care has had the opportunity to examine the returned product.
Complaints Procedure
If you purchased your Rudolph Care product from a Rudolph Care retailer, you must address any complaints concerning your purchase to that retailer. Unfortunately, we cannot treat any complaints regarding products purchased from our retailers (except products purchased at airports and on ferry crossings - then reach out to contact@rudolphcare.com)
If you made a purchase at rudolphcare.com and wish to complain, then please don’t hesitate to send us an email at contact@rudolphcare.com with your order name and a photo/video of your defect product.
Items received as gifts through campaigns are not covered by the right of complaint. If the gift is defective or damaged upon receipt, we are happy to exchange it.
Discounts & Campaigns
Please note that all our campaigns are valid while stocks last. Current campaigns are not combinable with discounts and other campaigns.
Final Call by Rudolph Care
Final Call products without SPF can be used after the expiration date as long as the smell of the product and its texture stays the same. We do though recommend using the product as soon as possible after the expiration date. If the smell and/or texture changes, we recommend discarding the product.
Complaints & returns
A Final Call product is included in our terms for complaints and returns prior to its expiration date. Hereafter these rights are withdrawn. Final Call products are not combinable with discounts and campaigns.
Any other complaints
If you have any other complaints, please contact us by email: contact@rudolphcare.com. You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Duty of inspection and defects
When you receive your order, you must immediately examine the order in order to establish any defects or imperfections. You may complain to the Rudolph Care within two years after receipt of the order, in the case of defects or imperfections. However, you must always remember to make your complaint in reasonable time after having discovered the defect.
Personal data
The personal data provided to Rudolph Care in connection with your purchase at rudolphcare.com (name, address, telephone number, email etc.) and any other information you may give Rudolph Care will be treated confidentially and will be used to dispatch your order, for statistical purposes and in connection with other forms of contact with you. Rudolph Care does not collect information about you from other sources.
The personal data are transmitted from you to rudolphcare.com in a non-encrypted form. Personal data are stored by Rudolph Care in a database located on a secure server to which there is no public access from the Internet. Such information is stored for 6 years and only to the extent permitted by law.
According to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, you can obtain access to and correct the personal data that concern you. You can also object to the further use of your data.
Credit card information passes through rudolphcare.com to PBS via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Rudolph Care has no access to your payment card information.

When you provide your email address in connection with a purchase from Rudolph Care, Rudolph Care may use your email address to contact you regarding your order.
