Kids Sun Lotion SPF 50
Kids Sun Lotion SPF 50
Kids Sun Lotion SPF 50 is a water resistant sun lotion that gently and effectively protects your child’s skin against the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays. Kids Sun Lotion is easy to apply and does not feel sticky or greasy and does not leave a white residue. It contains no perfume and is quickly absorbed into the skin.
Effect:
The most important job for Kids Sun Lotion is to ensure that your child’s skin is protected in the sun against both UVA and UVB rays. While the skin is protected, high levels of natural ingredients treat your child’s skin. Especially cucumber extract moisturizes and has a cooling effect on the skin while chamomile soothes and rapeseed oil nourishes and locks moisture into the skin.
Fragrance:
The sun cream is 100% fragrance-free. This means that it only smells discreetly of the ingredients it contains.
Consistency:
Soft, rich and easy to apply. Not all children think sun cream is fun – so it has to be luxurious and easy to apply. That is why our sun creams do not feel greasy or sticky and do not leave a white residue.
Certifications:
Kids Sun Lotion carries the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and AllergyCertified certifications. The Nordic Swan Ecolabel ensures that the product does not contain ingredients that may negatively impact human health or the natural world. It is also your guarantee that coral reefs are not damaged when your child swims in the sea. The AllergyCertified certification is your guarantee that the product contains no known allergens or allergenic preservatives and that each individual ingredient has been assessed by a toxicologist and is 100% fragrance-free. Kids Sun Lotion also carries the Vegan Trademark. Find out more about our certifications here.

How to use
Kids Sun Lotion SPF 50
Apply sun cream to your child’s skin 30 minutes before heading out into the sun. Be generous – use a handful of Kids Sun Lotion for the whole body.
We recommend splitting the handful in two and applying it in two rounds – the second application immediately after the first. This minimizes the risk of missing a spot and you can be sure that you have applied enough sun cream. Apply a new layer of sun cream at regular intervals – and always after your child has been swimming.
Supplement sun protection in sensitive areas of your child’s body with Sun Stick SPF 50 or Sun Balm SPF 50 which has a high SPF to provide extra protection for nose, ears, cheeks, neck and shoulders.
Kids Sun Lotion Q&A
All Rudolph Care sun protection, except Kids Sun Lotion, is part of a sun range designed for adults and contains many active ingredients that nourish and care for the skin in the sun. The range also contains natural perfume. We have removed these active ingredients and the perfume from the Kids Sun Lotion. Kids Sun Lotion is also rich in ingredients that embrace children’s skin in the best way possible – with soothing, calming and moisturizing ingredients such as cucumber and aloe vera.
Many parents find that their children think sun cream is a sticky and time-consuming affair. One solution is to turn the application of sun cream into a game. Use the sun cream to draw on your child’s body. Then distribute the cream to ensure that the entire body is covered. Or make up a sun cream song for this ritual to make things even more fun.
A tip for parents is also to have a Sun Stick handy – it is easy to use on children on the go and is perfect for effective protection of the face as well as shoulders and arms.
Yes, but we recommend that you apply new sun cream to your child’s skin after swimming or drying the body with a towel.
